Craftsmanship is paramount in the preparation of our Methode Traditionnelle Sparkling. Elegant aromas of baked brioche and lemon tart tickle the nose. Layers of lively lemon, honeysuckle and pistachio fill the palate. A fine mousse finish is extended by two years maturation in bottle. The finish is balanced and crisp.
This fruit driven sparkling showcases zesty lemon, citrus and green apple with baked bread undertones. The palate is clean and crisp with lovely fruit complexity.
Sweet flavours of lemon and lime are balanced with crist acidity. Bottle maturation for 12 months adds creaminess and texture, balancing the zesty finish and sweet fruit.
Lifted aromas of passionfruit and rockmelon are somplemented by fresh citrus and lime. The flavours are reminiscent of a crunchy and succulent fruit salad. Fresh passionfruit and pineapple are well complemented with stonefruit and lime. Lively citrus balances these flavours with a clean abd crisp finish.
Our fruit is sourced from two vineyards south of Margaret River. The Warnerglen vineyard adds notes of snowpea, asparagus, capsicum while the Karridale property introduces the subtropical characteristics of passionfruit and kiwi.
Maritime breezes keep the vines cool while the sunshine warms the soil, creating the perfect environment for fruit maturation. Crisp acidity with a textural length in the finish is a result of 10% barrel fermentation for 3 months.
Our heritage block of verdelho was planted in 1895 and remains the oldest commercial block of verdelho in WA. lifted aromas of pineapple and tropical fruits are well complemented by subtle undertones of rockmelon, fresh lime and spice.
Partial barrel fermentation adds texture with succulent tropical fruits and sweet rockmelon on palate. Crisp acidity adds balance and carries the fruit to a long and clean finish.
This Grenache is rich with flavours of raspberry, plum and cherries. Undertones of chocolate and aniseed add complexity. Velvety soft thickness and texture along with flavours of lingering onfectionary add great length.
With a combination of two well established vineyards in Swan Valley and Perth Hills, this Shiraz produces an attractive and full bouquet of forest fruits and raspberry following through with notes of dark chocolate and liquorice. Maturation in fine French oak adds a touch of cedar and spice.
A rich and dense palate with flavours of plum, dark chocolate and dark cherry along with subtle fine tannins leads to a warm lengthy.
Picked from the north block on our Research Station Vineyard, this wine has great provenance. Displaying lifted aromas of redcurrant, plum and blackberry, complemented by undertones of cedar and spice. The rich yet soft palate shows great intensity and balance leading to a long and persistant finish. Fine grained oak tannins add structure and complexity.
Fruit is grown on our Bramley Research Station Vineyard in Margaret River. Intense character of cassis and violets with subtle nuances of spicy, cedar oak. The flavours of blackcurrant are dense and concentrated. Ripe tannins and fine oak add great length and balance. This is a rich but complex wine with terrific intensity.
The palate is rich and full of concentrated flavours and ripe soft tannins. Ripe blueberry and plum are complemented by dark chocolate and aniseed, leading to a seamless and persistent finish. Dense fruit, fine and ripe tannins are all woven finely creating this seamless wine with terrific balance and mouth feel.
Fruit is grown in the Wilyabrup sub region on Margaret River, ideal for Chardonnay. Complex, rich and intensely textured with pure fruit flavours of lemon tart, cumquat and ripe peach, which linger and persist on the palate providing a lively dry finish to the wine.
Sweet flavours of passionfruit and pineapple are supported with lime and citrus nuances. Crisp acidity and slight texture adds balance and complexity. The palate is a perfect balance between natural sugar, fruit and acidity.
Aromas of cherry and strawberry are complemented with confectionary characters of pink musk and redskins. Undertones of star anise and passionfruit add complexity and interest. The palate displays fresh fruit salad of strawberry, raspberry and confectionary. Silky, textural tannins and crisp acidity lean the way to a spicy finish.
Grenache, shiraz and mataro from 50yo Swan Valley vines, hand-picked, open-fermented and matured in American hogsheads. It has the warmth and juicy ripeness of the Swan Valley at its best, American oak vanilla an appropriate supporter (James Halliday)
Pristine Fruit is tasted regularly and hand picked when the desired flavours and intensity are achieved. After gentle crushing, free run juice is naturally settled. Showing lifted and fresh aromas of lime juice and orange blossom complemented by mineral and floral undertones. Ripe grapefruit and a hint of spice add to the pure but complex aromatic mix.
