An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of the dynamic Front Office team here at Maya Maya, the newest luxury accommodation in the Swan Valley.

Located in the heart of the Swan Valley, Maya Maya at Mandoon Estate provides a luxurious base to explore and discover the Swan Valley for both the business and leisure traveller. Maya Maya offers 32 boutique rooms overlooking the beautiful Swan River.

Mandoon Estate offers several dining options, including the marquee restaurant – Wild Swan. It is a world class Winery and Brewery and part of the Ultimate Winery Experience collection of Australia.

Requirements

Maya Maya is now seeking an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join its established team on either a casual or part-time basis, providing full day shifts across 7 days a week, typically from 7:30am until 7:00pm

The position is a hands on and autonomous role involving all aspects of Front Office reception, reservations, guest services and administration. Including providing friendly bespoke customer service in responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales, processing reservations, assisting leisure, wedding, corporate and conference guests, and ensuring the smooth running of reception across busy check-in and check-out periods.

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, a sense of personal responsibility and maturity, experience with Front Office booking systems, strong attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation.

Previous front office/reception experience is preferred, ideally in a boutique hospitality/travel/tourism environment within Western Australia.

Experience and knowledge of CMS GuestCentrix Property Management System, Outlook and other guest services systems will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work rotating shifts throughout the week, on weekends and public holidays.
