We're looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team at an award-winning winery, in this role, you will assist in daily operations at our Cellar Door, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the industry and contribute to the success of Mandoon Estate. Join our team in a in a casual role, with the possibility for a permanent role for the right candidate.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiasm for wine and the Swan Valley
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities include:
- Guiding tours through wine tastings
- Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate before commencement
- Hosting tasting experiences
- Educating customers about our products and venue
- Assisting with sales and transactions
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the Cellar Door
- Supporting the Assistant and Cellar Door Manager
